Contact
BTR is reachable by email and through its public channels. There is no phone line and no support ticket system: the fastest route for anything technical is email, and the fastest route for anything public is the channels listed below.
Security disclosures
Report vulnerabilities to security@btr.markets. Please encrypt reports with the BTR security PGP key where the disclosure is sensitive. Do not open a public issue for a live vulnerability, and do not test against mainnet contracts. The bug bounty page sets out the scope, the severity bands and what qualifies.

Technical support and integration
For integration questions, API access or anything about the SDK, write to tech@btr.markets. Most integration questions are already answered in the documentation: the API and SDK reference covers the read-only gateway endpoints, and an OpenAPI 3.1 specification is published for programmatic clients.

What we cannot help with
BTR is non-custodial software. Nobody at BTR can reverse a transaction, recover a lost private key, unlock a wallet or return funds sent to a wrong address. Anyone who contacts you claiming otherwise, or asking you to connect a wallet to verify, migrate or claim something, is attempting to defraud you. BTR will never ask for a seed phrase or a private key.
